I am interested and ready to purchase, What are the requirements to get started?
To get started I need domain & hosting credentials (I can assist if you do not have these), your brand logo, content for all the pages you want on the site like about, services, etc., contact information of business like email, location & phone, and images from Google or royalty-free websites.
I have Wordpress.com account, is that enough?
Sorry, WordPress.com is different from WordPress.org. I can only design a website on WordPress.org, which runs on a hosting server — you'll need a hosting server and domain name for that.
Will I be able to edit my website?
I use Elementor Pro or DIVI Page Builder to create your website, and you'll be able to edit the site easily after learning from tutorials.
I do not have the content for the website, can we start?
I'll add dummy "Lorem Ipsum" content so you can replace it with your own later. To avoid double work, I recommend getting your content ready first if possible.
Do you provide domain & hosting in your packages?
No, domain and hosting should be provided by the client. To have full control over your website, I recommend getting shared hosting with cPanel from a reputable provider. Contact me for help choosing one.
Will you upload website to my server and make it live?
This isn't part of the base gig, but I can upload and launch your site if you have cPanel hosting and provide credentials at the start. Otherwise, I'll deliver your work as a zipped file (files + database).
When will you deliver my order? When I can see first version?
Delivery timing depends on the package you choose. If you need it sooner, I recommend the Extra Fast Delivery add-on.
