What areas will you cover during manual QA testing?
Testing can cover signup, login, onboarding, forms, dashboards, CRUD operations, search, filters, user roles, permissions, subscriptions, responsive design, integrations, validation, error handling, and other agreed user journeys.
Can you test AI integrations and AI chatbots?
Yes. I can test AI features and chatbots for context retention, multi-turn conversation consistency, response relevance, prompt variations, fallback responses, unclear inputs, conversation resets, error handling, and expected workflow behavior.
What will I receive after testing?
You will receive a structured QA report containing confirmed bugs, severity, testing environment, reproduction steps, expected and actual results, annotated screenshots, screen-recording evidence where applicable, and a summary of the tested areas.
Do you need access to my source code?
No. Manual QA normally requires a working staging URL, website link, test build, temporary test credentials, and information about the expected features. Source-code access is not required unless a separately agreed service specifically needs it.
Do you provide vulnerability or penetration testing?
This Gig does not include penetration testing or attempts to bypass security controls. I can perform authorized basic checks involving roles, permissions, protected pages, input validation, session behavior, and account-data separation within the agreed QA scope.
Do you fix the bugs you discover?
No. This Gig covers independent manual QA testing, bug documentation, and release-readiness feedback. Development, source-code modification, and bug fixing are not included unless offered through a separate approved service.
Is retesting included after the bugs are fixed?
No. Retesting is not included in any package. Testing the application again after bug fixes or development changes requires a separate order. Revisions only cover corrections or clarifications to the original QA report.
Can you guarantee a specific number of bugs or a bug-free application?
No. The number of defects depends on the application’s condition, complexity, and purchased scope. I guarantee structured testing within the agreed time and coverage, but I do not guarantee a specific bug count or that any application will be completely defect-free.
