What do you need to start the interior design?
We need The floor plan of the building or any sketch from the floor plan of the current building. Also, if you send any sample from the internet that shows us what you have in your mind about your dream house, that will be a great help.
What will happen If I have the 3d interior model and need you just for rendering?
That is not a problem :). You will send us the 3d file in any 3d format, such as : .DWG.skp or any other 3d formats. We will check the file, and if everything is all right, we will give you a 10$ discount for each space/room.
Do you design other than the interior of a house?
Yes, We have done many non-residential buildings. You can find some of them in our portfolio.
What are the differences between a 3d model and a render? (part 1)
First, we use modeling programs such as Revit, Sketchup, etc., to design the building in 3d. Then we provide export to a rendering program such as Lumion, Vray, etc. A render is a photorealistic 2d image. That clearly shows when the house will be built in the real world
