1. What do you need to start my site plan?
Please provide the property address, survey if available, project scope, dimensions, sketches, photos, and any city comments or requirements.
2. Can you prepare a site plan without a survey?
Yes, for some projects I can prepare a site plan using available property records, GIS data, assessor maps, measurements, and client-provided information. A certified survey may still be required by the city.
3. Do you provide site plans anywhere in the USA?
Yes. I provide site and plot plan drafting services throughout the USA, including Florida, Texas, California, Georgia, and other states.
4. Can you revise the plan if the city gives comments?
Yes. I can update the drawings based on city or county review comments. Major scope changes may require an additional fee.
5. Do you provide DWG/AutoCAD files?
Yes. Editable DWG files are included in selected packages or can be added as an extra.
6. Can you show setbacks, lot coverage, and impervious areas?
Yes. I can include setbacks, building coverage, impervious/pervious calculations, parking, driveways, patios, accessory structures, and other site information when required.
7. Can you prepare grading or drainage plans?
Basic drainage direction or grading information may be included for suitable projects. Detailed civil, grading, stormwater, or drainage design requires a custom quote.
8. Do you provide PE-stamped or signed site plans?
Licensed Professional Engineer review and seal may be available for qualifying projects, depending on the state, jurisdiction, and project scope. PE services are quoted separately.
9. Do you guarantee permit approval?
Permit approval is determined by the local authority. I prepare professional permit drawings and can address reasonable review comments within the agreed scope.
10. Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, especially for commercial sites, complex properties, grading/drainage work, or projects requiring a professional engineer seal. Please send the property address and project details first.
