CAN YOU PREPARE A SITE PLAN WITHOUT A SURVEY?
Yes, some projects can be prepared using available GIS data, assessor/property records, measurements, sketches, and client-provided information. However, the local building department may require a current certified survey.
WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS DO YOU HANDLE?
