After compiling the results and data, I found that a lot of the submissions went to irrelevant recipients such as church stations and sports stations. I can’t say whether or not this gig will actually be beneficial in the long run but it was completed in a timely manner.

Theres no way to track the delivery % of the emails, open rate, any data to see if they actually did anything or made an impact. Would have been helpful to be BCC on all the emails.
