FAQ
Will my website have downtime during migration?
No, in most cases. I copy the site to the new host first, test it there, and only then point the domain, so your live site keeps running during the move.
What access do you need to migrate my site?
Either cPanel or SFTP access to your old and new hosting, or a full backup of your files and database. Please create temporary access and share it through the order, never in chat.
Do you back up my site before the migration?
Yes. I take a full backup of your files and database before I touch anything, so there is always a safe version to go back to.
Will WooCommerce, forms and plugins still work after the move?
Yes. After the move I test key pages, forms, plugins and the WooCommerce checkout, and fix any broken links, images or permalinks before I deliver.
