Do you need my login details?
Yes, usually admin access. You can create a temporary admin user and delete it afterward.
Can you fix a hacked site?
Basic cleanup is covered in Standard and Premium. Severe cases may need a custom quote.
Do you back up my site before fixing it?
Yes. I take a backup before making any changes, for sites up to 1 GB in total size (files and database).
How long do you keep the backup?
Until the order is complete, then I delete it. Ask me if you want a copy first.
What if my site is bigger than 1 GB?
You have three options. You can create a backup through your hosting panel before ordering, which I recommend. You can order the Large-site backup extra, which covers up to 2 GB on Basic and up to 5 GB on Standard and Premium. Or you can message me for a custom quote.
What if my site is over 5 GB?
Message me before ordering. I’ll tell you whether I can handle it or whether your host’s backup tool is a better fit.
Is hosting-level trouble included?
I can diagnose it, but fixes that need your host’s support team are outside the gig.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover the original issue only. A new, unrelated problem needs a new order.
What if you can’t fix it?
I’ll tell you before I start, so you don’t pay for something I can’t solve.
