Do I have to contact you before placing the order?
Yes. It is always a good idea to contact me before placing the order directly on my packages because sometimes I may need to extensively discuss your order requirements with you and then send you a custom offer accordingly to ensure that you are satisfied with final delivery.
What if I don't like my edited video?
I always try to make sure that my clients are fully satisfied with my services and so far over a career of 3 years and 1500 projects I have only had 45 cancellations which is only 3 percent. I offer unlimited revisions so even if you don't like your video, I can revise it to perfection.
Which softwares do you use?
I use premiere pro, final cut pro and filmora.

How can I send my files to you?
Send a shareable google drive link is the best way since its the fastest way for me to download and get started on your project. You can also try dropbox or wetransfer. If the files are small then you may send it in the inbox as an attachment as well but I don't prefer it.
