2nd job with this Fiver. Good, quick work. Felt bad that previous job had complications beyond their or my control that induced delays. This job went off without a hitch, needed no revisions. Good job, would use again! I would recommend this person to do similar work with Xactimate and other insurance claim work.

I was not aware that an .ESX file was not going to be provided as part of the estimate. There were timing delays that occurred that were NOT the fault of the Contract Worker - so the delay was not the issue. The quality of the estimate was perfectly fine aside from the file type - I have no complaints there.
