I’m an RYT500 Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Retreat Facilitator with diverse international training and teaching experience.
My sessions blend Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga with somatic movement, breathwork, meditation and chakra-inspired practices. They are gentle, grounded and intuitive, inviting you to slow down, listen to your body and reconnect with yourself.
