Melinda did a great job of editing and reformatting the manuscript. However, her first draft could have been scrutinized more thoroughly before delivery. Still, she responded well to the second round of edits and then did a great job of uploading the manuscript and book to KDP. Overall, a great experience.

Don't hire Melinda. She overpromises, lacks design sense, and makes basic mistakes. She needs supervision to do her job. Don't let her upload your book to KDP. She can't do it. I paid her for work she could not do. She can ruin your project.
