FAQ
What information do you need to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
I need your domain name, DNS management access, and details of your email provider or sending platform. Please never share your account password directly.
Which email platforms do you support?
I can assist with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, and other compatible platforms.
Can you fix my emails going to spam?
Yes, I can check common email authentication and deliverability issues, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS configuration errors. Inbox placement also depends on sender reputation and email practices.
Do I need to provide access to my domain registrar?
You may need to provide DNS management access or add the DNS records yourself using my instructions. The exact requirements depend on your domain provider.
How long does email authentication setup take?
Most standard setups can be completed within the agreed delivery time. DNS propagation and authentication verification may take additional time depending on your provider.
Can you set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for multiple email platforms?
Yes, I can help configure authentication for compatible sending platforms. Please contact me before ordering so I can review your setup and avoid conflicting DNS records.
