About me
I build and audit forecasting systems for energy and industrial sensor data.
My reference project: a 24-hour wind power forecasting system in production, validated on two independent sites with a regime-calibrated dual-model architecture and strictly chronological splits.
Most models fail the same way. Strong backtest metrics, then degradation on the extreme regimes that cost money. Random cross-validation hides this. I quantify the gap and fix it.
