I'm Melissa, an operations and HR leader in Oregon. Since 2019 I've been Managing Director of a licensed event-security and staffing company, where I run HR, payroll, contracts, insurance and compliance. I built the company's payroll, scheduling and compliance systems, wrote its SOPs, emergency action plans and training materials, and handled RFPs for state, county, city and fair contracts.
