I'm a complete beginner. Can I still take your lessons?
Absolutely! I welcome students of all levels. I'll guide you step by step, starting from Pinyin, tones, and basic conversations. I truly believe that making mistakes is a key part of learning - so don't worry! You'll always be encouraged, never judged.
What is the duration of each lesson?
Each lesson is 40 minutes long - just the right amount of time to stay focused and make real progress. I also offer a few exra minutes when needed for review or questions, so you never feel rushed at the end of class.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a class?
If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please let me know at least 2 hours in advance. Changes within 2 hours may not be refundable. That said, I totally understand things can come up - I'm happy to offer a one- time exception if needed. Just keep me posted!
Can I choose the date and time?
Yes！ I offer flexible scheduling. Once you book, we'll find a time that works for both of us based on your time zone and availability
What do I need to prepare for the first class?
Just bring your curiosity and a stable internet connection! I'll provide the materials and guide you through everything in the first session.
What materials will we use in class?
I use a mix of textbooks, engaging slides, real-life dialogues, and custom exercises. All materials are included in the lesson.
How are the lessons conducted?
Lessons take place on Teams. Once I confirm your schedule, I'll send you a fixed Zoom link that you can use for all your sessions. It's simple and convenient!
Do I need a webcam for the lessons?
No worries, having camera is totally up to you! If you feel more comfortable without a camera, no problem for me. I respect your choice!
