* Led a cross-functional team spanning mobile, backend, AI, and DevOps for an end-to-end fintech product. * Defined the product roadmap and managed 40+ release cycles over 7 months, taking the product from MVP to production. * Standardized the code repositories by eliminating parallel versions and establishing a Single Source of Truth for both app and server code, addressing the root cause of recurring bugs. * Created comprehensive technical and operational documentation, including deployment guides, Release Readiness checklists, app store release procedures, and project progress reports.
