What exactly is Claude, and why should I use it instead of ChatGPT?
Claude is Anthropic's AI model family Claude Opus, Claude Sonnet, and Claude Haiku. It handles long documents, follows complex instructions closely, and works well with tool use and MCP connectors, which makes it strong for business automation.
Do I need my own Anthropic API key?
For any Claude API build, yes. You'll create an Anthropic account and generate the key so the system runs on your infrastructure and your billing. I'll walk you through the setup. I never take ownership of your keys or credentials.
What's the difference between a Claude prompt, a Claude Project, and a Claude AI agent?
A prompt is a single instruction. A Claude Project holds your knowledge base so Claude has persistent context. A Claude AI agent uses tool use to take actions reading your CRM, sending emails, updating records not just producing text. Basic covers prompts, Standard covers Claude Projects,.
What are Claude Skills, and do I need them?
A Claude Skill is a reusable instruction file that encodes how a specific task should be done, so Claude performs it the same way every time. If you have a repeatable process reporting, content formatting, client onboarding Skills are what stop the output from drifting between runs.

Will my Claude automation still work in six months?
The build is yours and it's documented. Anthropic does update Claude models over time, and prompts occasionally need tuning after a major release. That's why I hand over documentation and a walkthrough so your team can adjust without me. Maintenance is available as an extra if you'd rather not.
Is my data safe with Claude?
Data handling is governed by Anthropic's policies for the Claude API, not by me. I'd recommend reading their terms directly before sending sensitive data. I'll build to whatever constraints you set, and I'm happy to sign an NDA.
