FAQ
Which POS systems can you set up or fix?
I offer Shopify POS setup, Square POS setup, Toast POS setup and Clover POS setup for retail stores and restaurants. Tell me your platform and requirements so I can confirm the scope and recommend the right package.
Can you fix my existing POS without starting over?
I can troubleshoot configuration, product, menu, payment and inventory issues in an existing system. Send a description or screenshot of the problem so I can assess what needs fixing before you order.
Can you fix inventory sync issues between my store and POS?
I can investigate incorrect stock counts, product mapping and inventory sync settings. Share your POS platform, connected store and examples of mismatched items so I can identify the appropriate solution.
Can you upload my products or restaurant menu?
Yes. I can organize products or menu items, categories, prices and supported modifiers. For CSV import, send your file for review first. Your package will specify the number of items included.
Can you help with payment setup or checkout errors?
I can configure supported payment settings and troubleshoot checkout issues. Share the error message and payment provider you use. Account approval or restrictions must be resolved with your payment provider.
Can you connect my POS to my online store or apps?
I offer POS integration with supported stores and apps. Send the names of both systems before ordering so I can check compatibility, required subscriptions and the exact connection you need.
What do you need from me to start?
I need your platform name, project goals, product or menu list and appropriate account access. For troubleshooting, include screenshots and steps that trigger the issue. Use staff access where available rather than sharing your main password.
