Does SMTP setup include an email-provider account?
You need an active account with a compatible provider. I configure the agreed connection; provider subscriptions, usage fees and paid plugin licences are separate.
Can you guarantee every email reaches the inbox?
No. I can repair the agreed configuration and test sending, but inbox placement also depends on sender reputation, content and receiving-mailbox filters.
What access will you need?
A temporary WordPress administrator account is usually needed. Depending on the issue, hosting, DNS or email-provider access may also be required. Use delegated access where available.
Is this the same as your SPF, DKIM and DMARC gig?
This gig focuses on WordPress forms, SMTP connections and website notifications. A wider domain-authentication or deliverability project belongs under my separate email-setup service.
