Invoices, receipts and forms pile up, and someone retypes them into a spreadsheet or accounting system. Mistakes slip through: wrong totals, duplicate invoices, vendors nobody approved. I build an AI agent that reads your documents (PDFs, scans, photos), extracts the fields you need, checks them against your rules, and sends clean data where it belongs.
The AI reads. Your rules decide. Totals are re-added, duplicates and unknown vendors are caught, and anything doubtful goes to a person with the reason. Hidden text in a document cannot talk it into approving anything.

What kinds of documents can it read?
Invoices, receipts, purchase orders, forms and similar PDFs, including scans and photos. Send me a few samples and I will confirm before you order.
What stops it from getting numbers wrong?
The AI only reads and records what is printed. Your rules, written in code, re-add the totals, check vendors and purchase orders, and catch duplicates. Anything doubtful goes to a person with the reason.
How accurate is it?
It depends on your documents, so I measure it. I test the finished agent on your own samples and give you a report of every field it read right or wrong. I do not promise a number before I have seen your documents.
Where does the data go?
A spreadsheet, CSV file, or your accounting or workflow tool (for example QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets). Tell me what you use before ordering and I will confirm.
Is my data safe?
You use your own AI account and API key, so your documents go straight to the provider you already trust, not through me. I only need sample documents to build and test, and you can hide sensitive details first.
Do you use AI to build these?
