You can send me your hand sketches with clear dimensions, PDF drawings, or AutoCAD (.DWG) files. Any images, reference projects, or design guidelines you have will also be very helpful.
Will I receive the native Revit (.RVT) source file?
Yes! , I provide the native Autodesk Revit (.RVT) source file in all packages, along with exported PDF and DWG formats at no extra cost.
Do you create custom parametric families in this Gig?
No, this Gig focuses on architectural project modeling, documentation, and layout using standard or manufacturer BIM libraries. I do not create complex custom parametric families from scratch here.
What do LOD 200, 300, and 350 mean for my project?
LOD 200 is for conceptual layouts. LOD 300 represents accurate execution/working drawings with precise dimensions. LOD 350 includes parts necessary for coordination with other disciplines
Which Revit version do you use for modeling?
I use Revit 2027. Please note that Revit files are not backward compatible. If you or your office need the model in a specific older version, please let me know before placing the order.
