Do I need to send the PCB file or just dimensions?
A photo and dimensions is enough. If you have the KiCad or EasyEDA file that works too — I can extract everything directly.
What if the case doesn't fit after printing?
I build to your exact measurements with standard FDM tolerances. Before finalising I send a dimensioned drawing for your confirmation — so you approve fit before printing.
Can you design something that looks like a commercial product?
Yes on Standard and Premium. Describe the style — rounded corners, flush panels, recessed labels — and I'll design accordingly.
