Which AI builder will you use?
The choice depends on the product, integrations and ownership requirements. I work with Lovable, Bolt, Base44, Replit and standard React-based codebases. I will recommend the best fit after reviewing the scope.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Where the selected platform supports export or GitHub synchronization, the project will be connected to code you can access and retain.
Is hosting included?
Deployment setup is included in Standard and Premium. Hosting, domain, database, email, AI-provider and third-party subscription charges are paid directly by the buyer.
Can you build an AI feature?
Yes. I can integrate supported AI APIs for chat, classification, extraction, recommendations and other agreed workflows. API usage charges are not included in the package price.
Can you copy another application exactly?
I can use references to understand the desired functionality and visual direction, but I will not copy protected branding, proprietary content or an application pixel for pixel.
What happens after delivery?
You receive the application, source access, deployment information and handover notes. Continued development or maintenance can be arranged through a separate custom offer.
