Is this service suitable if my logo was generated with AI?
Yes, if the design is simple enough to recreate cleanly. AI-generated logos with complex effects, mascots, 3D details, gradients or detailed illustrations may need a custom quote before starting.
Is this a new logo design service?
No. This is not a new logo design or full redesign service. We will clean and vectorize your existing design. If you need a new concept, please contact us for a logo design offer.
Can you change logo colors or edit logo text?
Basic black and white versions are included. Extra color versions and short logo text edits are available as paid extras. Custom typography or hard to match fonts may require a custom quote.
Will you recreate my logo in vector format if I don’t have the source file?
Yes, this service is made for clients who only have PNG, JPG or AI-generated files. Simple designs can be redrawn in vector format. Complex designs may require a custom quote.
What versions of my logo will I receive?
You will receive the cleaned vector version, transparent PNG, main color version, black and white versions, and export files in AI, SVG, PDF, EPS, JPG and PNG.
Can I get horizontal, vertical, icon and favicon versions?
Yes. You can add the Logo Versions extra to receive horizontal, vertical, icon and favicon versions prepared from your existing design.
What if my logo is very complex (mascot, detailed illustration, 3D, etc.)?
If your design includes mascots, detailed illustration, 3D effects, complex gradients or custom typography, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the scope and quote it properly.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Please send the best file you have: PNG or JPG. If you have brand colors, font names or specific export needs, please include them too.
