What do you need to get started?
Please provide your app or demo link, high-resolution UI screenshots, logo, brand assets, key features and benefits, target audience, and the copy you want included.
Is this service only for the Shopify App Store?
Yes. This gig is specifically for Shopify App Store listing visuals. It does not include Apple App Store, Google Play, Shopify storefront design, or complete app UI/UX design.
Will you design or develop my Shopify app?
No. We design the marketing visuals for an existing Shopify app listing. App development and interface design are not included.
Is copywriting included?
Basic uses your supplied copy. Standard and Premium include concise refinement of your supplied headlines and benefits. Full positioning or copywriting requires a custom offer.
What does custom asset design include?
One custom asset represents the Shopify feature image. In Premium, the second asset covers refinement of your supplied app icon. Creating a completely new logo or icon is not included.
Do you guarantee Shopify approval or more installs?
No approval or performance can be guaranteed. We align the visuals with current Shopify image guidelines and conversion-focused design principles, while final approval and results remain controlled by Shopify and market factors.
Can you create the listing in another language?
Yes. Select the Extra Language option and provide the final translated copy. We will adapt the complete selected listing gallery into one additional language.
Is the editable source file included?
The editable source file is included with Premium. It can also be added separately to Basic or Standard.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the approved visual direction. New concepts, additional screenshots, interface redesigns, or major copy changes are outside the included revisions.
