I am working as Team Lead at Optimum Softwares so yes, I do have a Team working under but I usually complete my projects on my own team is involved only if the project is big or long term or if there's a certain requirement by my clients but you will always communicate to me not anyone else.
Will you submit app to Play store??
Well, it is already defined in my gigs, I provide app submission in premium package but you can add Extras if you want App submission in another package.
Are you free for a permanent/long-terms job?
Yes, I can remotely work upto 10-12 hours a day if the package is suitable.
