What access do you need?
User permission access in Seller Central for Inventory and Case Log. I never need your password.
Do you fix listings with a flat file or manually?
Both. I use flat files for variations and bulk work, and Seller Central or support cases when that is faster or required.
Can you merge separate listings and their reviews?
Yes, when the products are true variations of each other (size, color, etc.). Amazon doesn't allow merging unrelated products, so I'll tell you honestly if yours don't qualify.
Will my reviews and BSR be affected?
I plan every change to protect reviews, BSR, and SKUs. I'll explain any risk before making a change.
Why is my listing suppressed?
Common causes are missing attributes, image issues, pricing errors, or restricted keywords. I find the exact cause and fix it.
Can you change my brand name or category?
Yes. Brand name changes usually need Brand Registry or proof of brand authorisation. I prepare the file or case for you.
