As the Social Media Manager at SEEP (Society of Elevators and Escalators Pakistan), I strategically manage and grow the organization's digital footprint across LinkedIn, Facebook, the official website, WhatsApp, and YouTube. My core objective is to position SEEP as the leading authority for vertical transportation systems (VTS) in Pakistan by bridging the gap between industry professionals, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies. On LinkedIn, I drive B2B networking and thought leadership by publishing technical safety standards, corporate announcements, and job listings that connect mechatronics and engineering professionals. For Facebook, I cultivate an active community of engineers through interactive content, visual highlights of site installations, and direct promotion for webinars, safety workshops, and annual general meetings. Beyond social platforms, I handle Website Administration, ensuring the official portal is updated with downloadable resources like technical checklists, industry news, and active membership forms while analyzing visitor traffic to optimize user experience. To ensure real-time communication, I manage WhatsApp Channels to push instant, high-priority broadcast alerts regarding industrial announcements and safety updates directly to the community. For visual and educational engagement, I manage the YouTube Channel by scripting, editing, and uploading technical training videos, elevator load-testing simulations, and recorded panel discussions. Across all channels, I handle end-to-end content creation, monitor community interactions, and deliver monthly data-driven analytics reports to continuously scale SEEP’s digital reach and professional influence.
