What does the Basic package cover?
A quantity takeoff for one agreed construction division and project area, measured using PlanSwift, Auto CAD and organized in an Excel BOQ. We will confirm the included work and drawings before the order. Please identify the exact division and project area you need.
Can you prepare a takeoff for a complete project?
Yes. I can cover architectural, structural, MEP, and site works within an agreed project scope. After reviewing your documents, I will confirm whether Standard, Premium, or a custom offer fits the required trades, project size, and deadline.
What is included in a revision?
A revision round covers clarifications or presentation adjustments within the original scope and drawing set. Errors in my takeoff will be corrected. New drawings, design changes, addenda, or additional trades may require a separate service quote.
Does the BOQ include prices?
The BOQ contains item descriptions, measurement units, and quantities. It is unpriced. Material rates, labor pricing, construction cost estimation, and priced bid proposals are outside this service.
What happens if the drawings are incomplete?
I will identify missing information and clarify the scope before proceeding. Any agreed measurement assumptions or quantity allowances will be clearly recorded in the BOQ.
What files will I receive?
