FAQ
Do you deliver print-ready files?
Yes. Every order includes a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK, with bleed and safe margins, ready for your manufacturer or local printer.
I don't know my label size. Can you still help?
Yes. Send me your product type and approximate dimensions and I will guide you. If your printer or manufacturer has a template, that is always the best starting point.
What is a dieline and do I need one?
A dieline is the flat template showing the cut and fold lines of your packaging. It is required for Full Packaging orders. For a standard label, exact dimensions are enough.
Can you add my barcode?
Yes. Send me your barcode file and I will place it correctly with the right clear space. I cannot create or register barcode numbers, these come from your barcode provider.
Do I get the source file?
The Adobe Illustrator source file is included in the Premium package and available as an extra on Basic and Standard.
Can you design a full product line?
Yes. Add the "Additional label face" or "Additional design concept" extras, or message me for a custom offer if you have several products.
Can you match my existing brand?
Absolutely. Send your logo, brand colors, fonts and any references, and I will design your label to fit your existing identity.
I have an AI-generated design. Can you use it?
Message me first with the image. In most cases I can redesign it as clean vector artwork that will actually print correctly.
