Would it be possible for you to split STL files to accommodate the size of my 3D printer's bed and subsequently provide the corresponding parts?
Certainly, I am more than capable of splitting STL files to match the dimensions of your 3D printing space. Additionally, I will incorporate suitable keys into the parts to ensure proper alignment during the assembly process.
Are you able to perform precise slicing of organic shapes to obtain their exact form once assembled?
Certainly! Organic shapes may require some sanding depending on the chosen fabrication material. To achieve the desired results, I utilize a unique technique, which I would be glad to discuss further. Feel free to contact me for more information.
Is it possible to make buildings using sliced materials?
Yes, please check EPS material. It is a highly energy efficient, Lightweight material. and building can be manufactured very fast. also, it is not a very labour-intensive method like conventional constructions.
What would be the deliverables?
1) A sliced 3D model which can be observed using a web browser. 2) DXF files of each layer properly annotated for easy assembly. You can use it for CNC laser cutting. 3) 2D drawings of the exploded view as an assembly guide.
