I will design a custom pcb enclosure or electronics housing

About this gig
Your board works. Now it needs a housing that fits it perfectly, keeps the ports usable, and survives real use.
I design enclosures straight from your PCB STEP file, so every connector, screen, button and mounting hole lines up before anything is fabricated. I handle the details that usually fail on the first print: wall thickness, standoffs, heat-set inserts, snap-fits, cable entry, sealing and heat.
What I design:
- 3D-printed and CNC enclosures
- Display and touchscreen housings Sealed boxes with O-ring or gasket
- Passive cooling: heat-sink windows and thermal pads
- Wearable and handheld device housings
You get: SolidWorks/STEP, print-ready STL, drawings, DXF for laser-cut parts and a fastener list, depending on package.
Recent work: a sealed housing for a controller with a 4.3" screen and laser-cut aluminium heat sink, built and in use by the client.
Send your PCB STEP (or dimensions) and how it will be used.

FAQ
1. What do you need from me?
Ideally the PCB STEP export from your ECAD tool (KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA). Dimensions and photos also work.
2. Can you make it waterproof?
I design gasket and O-ring seals to standard groove dimensions. Certified IP testing is up to you.
3. My chip runs hot. Can you help?
Yes. I add heat-sink windows, thermal pads and aluminium plates sized for laser cutting.
4. What printing process should I use?
I'll recommend one, usually PETG or ABS/ASA for FDM, or nylon for SLS.
5. Do you design for injection moulding?
I can apply draft, uniform walls and ribs for later moulding, and flag what needs a toolmaker's review.
