What info do you need from me to get started?
Just send your video title (or topic), your channel niche, and any reference thumbnails or brand colors you like. If you have specific text, images, or a headshot you want included, send those too — the more details, the faster and more accurate the first draft.
What file format will I receive, and can I get the source file?
You'll receive a high-resolution PNG or JPG optimized for YouTube's thumbnail dimensions (1280x720px). Source files (PSD/layered file) are available as an add-on if you'd like to make future edits yourself.
What if I don't like the initial design?
No worries — that's what revisions are for. Just tell me what's not working (colors, text, mood, etc.) and I'll adjust it. If after revisions you're still not satisfied, we can discuss a partial refund per the terms of the order.
