A: To get started, I will need your 2D floor plans (AutoCAD DWG or PDF), a 3D model if you already have one (SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max), and any reference images or mood boards that show your preferred style, materials, and lighting.
Q: I don’t have a finalized design yet. Can you help me design the space as well?
A: Yes, absolutely! With over 12 years of experience as an Architect and Interior Designer, I don't just render—I can also help you develop the conceptual design, select materials, and choose furniture. Please message me before ordering so we can discuss the design scope.
Q: What software do you use to create your 3D models and renderings?
A: I use industry-standard software to ensure the highest quality. For 3D modeling and BIM, I use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. For photorealistic rendering, I use 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona Renderer, as well as Lumion for dynamic atmospheric shots.
Q: Do you provide the source files for the 3D models?
A: Yes! The source file (such as .max, .skp, or .rvt) is included in my Premium package. If you are purchasing the Basic or Standard package, you can easily add the source file as an "Extra" during checkout.
Q: What do "revisions" include?
A: Revisions include minor adjustments to the lighting, material textures, or small changes to furniture placement. Please note that major structural changes, changing the entire design concept, or adding new rooms after the 3D modeling phase is complete may require an additional fee.
