I will perform an AWS finops audit to reduce your cloud bill
About this Gig
Is your AWS bill increasing without a clear explanation?
I will perform a focused AWS FinOps and cost optimization audit to identify unnecessary spending, underused resources, and practical opportunities to reduce your monthly cloud costs.
The audit can cover EC2 instances, EBS volumes and snapshots, RDS databases, S3 storage, Lambda, Elastic Load Balancing, ECS, NAT Gateway, data-transfer charges, CloudWatch usage, development environments, idle resources, Savings Plans, and Reserved Instance opportunities.
You will receive a clear, actionable report covering:
- Current AWS cost overview
- Primary cost drivers
- Idle or inefficient resources
- Estimated monthly savings
- Prioritized recommendations
- Safe next actions
- Operational risks and considerations
For secure access, you may provide temporary read-only AWS Identity and Access Management access or exported billing, Cost Explorer, and resource-utilization data.
No infrastructure changes are made during the audit. The objective is to show where your AWS spending is going and provide a practical plan to reduce unnecessary costs without compromising reliability or application availability.

FAQ
1. What access do you need to review my AWS account?
Temporary read-only AWS IAM access is preferred. You may also provide exported AWS Cost Explorer, billing, and resource-utilization data. I will not require administrator access.
2. Will you make changes to my AWS infrastructure?
No. This package provides an audit and prioritized cost-optimization report only. No resources will be stopped, resized, deleted, or modified. Implementation can be discussed separately after you approve the recommendations.
3. Can you guarantee a specific amount of savings?
Savings depend on your current AWS usage, architecture, and existing optimization practices. I will identify realistic opportunities, estimate potential monthly savings where possible, and explain the effort and operational risk associated with each recommendation.
