I manage and optimize the online webshops for a leading Dutch company. My responsibilities include monitoring product availability, resolving website issues with IT, improving website performance, and implementing UX and design enhancements. I also work on process optimization, AI and chatbot improvements, customer support, and administrative tasks such as invoicing. My goal is to ensure the webshop runs smoothly, efficiently, and provides the best possible experience for customers. Alongside this, I have hands-on experience building Shopify websites and recently earned my Professional Diploma in UX Design.
