Can the chatbot answer in German and English?
Yes. Both languages are included in the Chatbot and CRM package, and the chatbot replies in the language the visitor uses. Other languages are possible on request.
Will it make things up?
It answers from your content and says so when it does not know, then offers a handoff to you. No AI system is perfect, so I test it with your real visitor questions before launch.
What about data protection?
Visitors see a clear AI notice. The chat content is processed by the model provider, so I use providers with EU options and data processing agreements where available. I am not a lawyer, so please have your privacy policy updated accordingly.
Which websites does it work on?
Any site where you can add a script snippet, for example WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or custom sites. If you cannot edit the code, I can send instructions to your web person.
What does it cost to run?
API usage is billed by the model provider. I estimate it for your traffic and set a monthly cap, so you stay in control.
