What access do you need?
Partner access to your Meta Business Manager (Pixel and ad account), plus GoHighLevel sub-account or website admin access. If you use Google Tag Manager, Publish access too.
Isn't the GoHighLevel Pixel integration enough?
It covers the basics, but forms, calendars and iOS often still lose leads, and events can be counted twice. I add proper Lead events, CAPI and deduplication so Meta sees each lead once.
Can you track calendar bookings and survey submits?
Yes. GHL forms, surveys, calendars and Calendly bookings can each be tracked as their own event, such as Lead or Schedule, so you can optimize ads for the action that matters.
Is sending customer data to Meta safe?
Yes. Email and phone are hashed before they are sent, as Meta requires, and I can respect your cookie consent banner so data is only sent when allowed.
When will I see results in Events Manager?
Test events show up right away, and I verify them with you before delivery. Event Match Quality scores update over the next few days as real leads come in.
