Content studios live and die by throughput, and this one was producing high volumes of blog content, social assets, and client reports every week. I designed a claude cowork system that handled first drafts, content briefs, and editorial summaries using Claude as the primary AI layer. The studio's team had heard of AI-powered desktop automation but hadn't found a setup that fit their editorial standards. My approach was to treat Claude as a skilled junior collaborator rather than a replacement, which made adoption much smoother. I built structured prompt templates for each content type, connected them to the studio's existing file management system, and created a review queue so editors could approve or redirect Claude's output efficiently. Claude AI task automation for teams cut the time spent on first drafts and research summaries noticeably across all active client accounts. I also ran a half-day workshop on prompt refinement so the editorial team could adapt templates as client briefs evolved. The studio continued using the claude cowork system after the engagement ended and reached out for two follow-up sessions to expand it.
