Which platform should I choose: Skool, Circle, Mighty Networks or Kajabi?
Depends on your model. Skool suits simple paid communities with courses. Circle fits brands needing deep customization. Mighty Networks works for event-heavy groups. Kajabi if courses and funnels matter most. Tell me your niche and I'll recommend one.
Do I need to buy the platform before we start?
Yes. You'll need your own account so you own the community and the billing. Most offer a free trial, so you can start there. I'll tell you which plan tier your build actually requires so you don't overpay.
Do you create the course content?
No, I build the structure and upload what you provide. You send videos, PDFs and lesson titles; I handle modules, learning paths, drip schedules and classroom setup. If your content isn't ready, I can lay out the full structure first.
How long does delivery take?
Most builds finish in 5 to 10 days, depending on scope and how quickly you send content and access. Rush delivery is available. I'll give you a firm timeline before we start, with milestones so you always know where things stand.
What do you need from me to begin?
Admin access to your platform, your logo and brand colours, your course files, and a short description of who your members are. That's it. I'll send a single intake form so you're not answering questions across a dozen messages.
Can you migrate my existing community to a new platform?
Yes. I move members, posts, courses and paid access across without losing data. Migration is quoted separately since the work depends on your current platform and member count. Send me your current setup for a quote.
What happens after delivery?
You get 14 days of support plus a personalized video walkthrough of your build. I also hand over written SOPs so your team can run the community without depending on me.
Will the community actually get engagement?
I build the systems that drive it: onboarding flows, prompts, gamification, a content calendar and a call rhythm. The structure does a lot of the work, but results also depend on you showing up. I'll show you exactly what to post and when.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, revisions are included within the scope we agree on. If you want features outside that scope, I'll quote them as an add-on rather than quietly expanding the job.
Can you set up payments and CRM?
Yes. Membership tiers, checkout, automated access, renewals and CRM integration are all part of the build. If you're using GoHighLevel or a similar system, I can connect it to your community.
