FAQ
How long does a full Circle.so build take?
Most complete setups take 5–10 days depending on how much content you have ready. Migrations run longer because content has to be moved and checked page by page. I give you a firm timeline before we start, not an estimate that drifts.
I haven't created my course content yet. Can we still start?
Yes. I can build the community structure, spaces, and membership setup first, then upload and organize your lessons when they're ready. Plenty of clients launch the community side while the course is still in production.
Will I lose members or content during a migration?
No. I export members, posts, and course content from your current platform, rebuild the structure inside Circle, and verify everything before switching anything live. Your old platform stays up until the new one is confirmed working.
Do I need to know Circle.so to manage it afterwards?
No. I hand over a walkthrough video and a short written guide covering how to add members, post, edit spaces, and publish new lessons. You'll be able to run it yourself without calling me every week.
What if I'm not sure Circle is the right platform for me?
