Are you ready to move your project out of the breadboard phase? I specialize in transforming rough electronic prototypes (like Arduino, ESP32, or STM32 dev boards) into compact, robust, and mass-manufacturable Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

Drawing from my engineering experience in UAV flight controllers, IoT sensors, and robotics, I know how to design hardware that survives real-world conditions. I will consolidate your discrete modules, optimize the power architecture (including LiPo battery management and buck-boost regulation), and route high-speed/mixed-signal traces efficiently on 2-layer or 4-layer boards.

Specific Deliverables You Will Receive:

• Circuit Optimization: Consolidating bulky breakout boards into a single, clean schematic.
• Manufacturable PCB Layout: Custom routing using Altium or EasyEDA, specifically shaped to fit your target 3D enclosure.
• Power Architecture: Designing reliable power rails separating logic and motor/high-current paths to prevent brownouts.
• Manufacturing Files: Final Gerber files, Pick & Place (CPL) files, and an optimized Bill of Materials (BOM) ready for assembly at houses like JLCPCB.
