I was responsible for the complete business implementation lifecycle, from initial planning to final deployment. My role included gathering requirements, creating the project strategy, designing the application architecture and UI/UX, developing the solution, and deploying it to the cloud. I built the application using modern frameworks such as React, ensuring a scalable and high-performance solution. I also integrated Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console to monitor website performance, analyse user behaviour, and improve SEO through data-driven insights. The project was successfully delivered with a smooth deployment and optimised performance.
