Which platform will you use?
I will confirm the platform before you order based on your current setup, editing needs, and project scope. If you already use a platform, include it in your first message. I only accept projects on platforms I can properly support.
Do I need a domain and hosting?
Yes. The client purchases, owns and pays for the domain, hosting, email and third-party subscriptions. If you already have them, invite me as a collaborator whenever possible; never send passwords or payment details.
What content do I need to provide?
Please provide your business name, logo, page text, images, contact details, social links, preferred colors, and any reference sites. You must have permission to use all supplied material.
Will the site work on mobile devices?
Yes. Every package includes layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
What does basic SEO include?
It includes logical heading structure, page titles and descriptions, image alt text, and clean page structure where the platform supports them. It does not guarantee a specific search ranking.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes within the approved brief. New pages, new functionality, replacement content, or a different design direction require an extra or custom offer.
Are copywriting and images included?
Full copywriting and custom photography are not included. I can polish up to 500 words through an add-on. Any images used must be supplied with permission or sourced under an appropriate license.
Can you add ecommerce, booking, or custom functionality?
A standard booking or payment connection can be added through the listed extra. Ecommerce catalogs, memberships, databases, dashboards and custom applications require review and a separate scope.
Can you redesign an existing site?
Yes, if the existing platform and requested changes fit my service. Please message me with the current setup before ordering.
Will I own the finished site?
Yes. You receive the completed deliverables and the client-owned account access specified in the order. Domain, hosting, themes, plugins, fonts, email and third-party applications remain subject to their own licenses and fees.
