What files do you need from me?
Your current cover file (PDF, PSD, or AI), your book's trim size, total page count, paper/paper color type (white or cream), and binding type (paperback, hardcover/casewrap). If you already have IngramSpark's generated template, send that too.
Can you fix my cover if it was originally made for KDP?
Yes but note that KDP and IngramSpark templates aren't interchangeable because spine width calculations differ. I'll rebuild it to IngramSpark's exact template.
Do you design covers from scratch?
This gig is for correcting/fixing existing covers. If you need an original design, message me first I may offer that as a separate gig or custom order.
Will my file definitely pass IngramSpark's review after your fix?
I correct all known technical spec issues (bleed, trim, safety area, barcode, resolution, color mode). IngramSpark's own review team has final approval, but I fix files to their published file specs.
How fast can you turn this around?
Basic and Standard are 2 - 3 days; Premium includes 1-day rush delivery.
Do you handle interior/manuscript formatting too?
Not in this gig his is cover-only. Ask me about interior formatting as a custom offer if needed.
