What do I need to send you?
Just the supplier invoices you've received, as PDFs, photos or a spreadsheet.
Do you need access to my bank account?
No. I only need the invoices. I never ask for bank logins or payment details.
Is my financial information kept confidential?
Yes. I only use your documents to do the work, never share them, and delete them on request once we're finished.
Do you pay my invoices or give accounting advice?
No. I record and organise your invoices and track due dates. I don't make payments, and I'm not a qualified accountant or tax advisor.
Can we work together every month?
Yes. If you're happy with the first order, I can set up a monthly arrangement at a lower per-invoice rate.
