Do you test updates before applying them to my live site?
Yes. Core, theme and plugin updates run on a staging copy first. I check the homepage, forms, checkout and key templates, then push to live in a low-traffic window. If anything breaks I roll back that single plugin, not the whole site, and tell you what happened.
Where are my backups stored and how fast can you restore?
Offsite, never on the same server, using UpdraftPlus or your host's system, to Google Drive, Dropbox or Amazon S3. Daily on Priority, weekly otherwise, with 30 days of history. A full restore takes under an hour, and I test a restore every quarter so it is proven.
What security do you actually run?
Wordfence or Sucuri firewall and malware scanning, Cloudflare WAF and DDoS protection, login rate limiting, two-factor authentication, reCAPTCHA on forms, file permission hardening, SSL renewal, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so nobody can spoof your email.
Which builders, themes and plugins do you maintain?

Yes. Product and variation uploads, stock and price edits, order and refund troubleshooting, coupons, shipping and tax rules, and gateway health for Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Razorpay and Square — including failed webhooks and stuck order statuses.

Everything updated with version numbers, backups taken, security scans and threats blocked, uptime percentage, GTmetrix and PageSpeed scores, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console highlights, edits completed with screenshots, and what I recommend for next month.
Do you handle SEO as part of maintenance?
Technical SEO, yes. Rank Math or Yoast configuration, schema markup, XML sitemaps, redirects for changed URLs, broken link and 404 cleanup, Core Web Vitals, plus health checks on Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel.
What happens if my site goes down at 2am?
Uptime monitoring alerts me automatically. I begin work on outages as soon as I see them, restore from the latest clean backup if needed, and message you with the cause and the fix. Emergency response is included in your plan and is never billed as extra.
