Can you improve my existing setup without rebuilding everything?
Yes. I review the agreed segments and flows first, then make targeted changes within the selected package. Larger rebuilds require a separate scope.
What does the Basic package include?
A review of two segments and one existing automation, a prioritized findings report and testing recommendations. It does not include account changes or live test sends.
Which ActiveCampaign plan do I need?
I check your exact plan before ordering. Standard and Premium include branching that requires Plus or higher. Some triggers and conditions may need a higher plan.
Do you write the emails or design templates?
These packages configure your approved copy in an existing template. Original copywriting and new template design are separate services.
Will you delete tags, contacts or change subscription status?
No contact deletion or bulk cleanup is included. I check dependencies before changing agreed tags or fields and will not presubscribe unsubscribed contacts.
How will you test the work?
Implementation packages use controlled contacts to check eligibility, segment membership, entry, branching, repeat entry and agreed stopping rules. I document actual outcomes and any limits. Long delays may be shortened in a test copy, with production timing checked separately.
What does a revision cover, and do you guarantee results?
Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope. Additional flows, emails or new requirements cost extra. I promise configuration and documented checks, not leads, sales or inbox placement.
