FAQ
Do I need to share my Salesforce login credentials with you?
No. For security best practices, you do not need to share your personal password. You can create a temporary Administrator user for me in your Org, or grant login access to my Salesforce user account if I am already registered. Once the project is completed, you can easily deactivate my access.
Will you make changes directly to my live Production environment?
For minor security adjustments or user creations, we can work in Production. However, for complex restructurings of Role Hierarchies or automated Sharing Rules, I highly recommend creating a Sandbox environment first. This ensures we test everything safely without affecting your daily sales or live
